Processing and Delivery Times
The average processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery online. The average delivery time is 3 to 8 days, depending on the logistics process.

We work directly with our suppliers, which means delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer. This allows us to reduce costs and offer you the best possible prices without compromising on quality.

Delivery in Case of Absence or Collection at the Post Office
Once a package has been successfully delivered to the specified address or collection point, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a package is not accepted or collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In such cases, additional return costs of €25 may be deducted from the refund amount.
